My Background

I've always been very active biking, hiking, swimming, playing tennis, soccer, baseball, and golf. I want to always be active and healthy. That's why I do Yoga, Pilates, and movement exploration. I'm here to help others be healthy and active along with being relaxed, rejuvenated, and revitalized with massage therapy. Some wonderful ways to feel good in your body, mind, and spirit!
I got into Yoga after massage therapy school and then found Pilates. I blend a lot of Yoga into my Pilates and vice versa. I also blend a lot of massage into my Yoga and Pilates; not only on others but on myself. Meaning that I do self massage as I am doing my Yoga and Pilates. This is what I am here to teach you- how to take care of yourself with mindful movements that create strong and flexible muscles, stable and healthy joints, along with massaging different parts of your body. I'm all about efficiency.

My Approach
I approach each person and every session where they are at the moment, not with my own agenda. Everyone is on a unique path from the time they are born into this world. Each of us has had our own injuries (physical, psychological, and/ or emotional). We learn how to hide those away in the body and sometimes not so well. Our posture says a lot about where we have come from and where we are at the present moment. Most of us are unaware of our postural habits and imbalances. I help people tune into their bodies- their postures, imbalances, and hidden limitations. Together, through experienced massage therapy, specific and tailored movements, and breathing awareness, we move into a new and revitalized you.
